White people really think they can somehow opt out of benefitting from and engaging in racism when they can't. They can fight it. They can refuse to accept it. They can call it out, hold other white people accountable, put themselves at risk, but the moment they aren't actively doing that, they are passively opting into engaging in and benefitting from racism. That's the part they refuse to acknowledge - that it is so baked into every aspect of this society that merely going with the flow is them engaging in and benefitting from it. So, yes, it's all of them.
